Court removes two temple trustees for breaching trust deed

GEORGE TOWN: A High Court here has granted an order to remove two trustees of the 120-year-old Sri Veeramakaliamman Temple in Ipoh Lane, Jelutong.

In her judgment, Justice Datuk Hadhariah Syed Ismail appointed S.G. Suppiah, 73, M. Supramaniam, 63, A. Narayanan, 74, T. Kalimuthu, 60, and G.G. Rajappa, 80, as the new trustees of the temple.
