MPK recovers RM276,300 in compounds

A TOTAL of RM276,300 was recovered by the Klang Municipal Council (MPK) from motorists who took advantage of the RM15 discount offered during the council’s amnesty period in August.

MPK president Datuk Mohamad Yasid Bidin said the one-month campaign was successful as compounds for 2,848 vehicles or 90% of the outstanding compounds were settled.
