THE Penang government will hand out aid to students who are taking higher education programmes in Malaysia, said political secretary to the Chief Minister, Wong Hon Wai.
“The aid will be handed out to students pursuing their bachelor’s degrees in 20 public and four private tertiary institutions for the 2016/2017 first academic session.
