Glitch derails e-ticket sales


A computer glitch in the KTMB E-Ticket system has doubled queues at counters. At KL Sentral, passengers who wanted to prebook tickets reported having to wait as long as 45 minutes to an hour, also due to the system glitch.

A COMPUTER glitch at the KTM Berhad has caused its online e-ticket system and KTMB-Mobticket smartphone application to go offline, doubling queues and waiting time at service counters at all the stations in the peninsular.

At KL Sentral, the grumbles of passengers were heard loud and clear.
