Park enforcement officers get boost with high-tech gear

THE PERAK State Parks Corporation has received a contribution of electronic devices worth RM28,500 from the World Wide Fund for Nature Singapore to aid in their enforcement duties.

The array of technology, which includes satellite phones, GPS, camping equipment, walkie-talkies and a camera, are needed by the corporation’s rangers to carry out their duties at the Royal Belum State Park.
