THE issue of an illegal telecommunications tower that was built at Jalan Tasik in Gopeng has finally been resolved after the tower was demolished right before Hari Raya.

Over the past year, Teja assemblyman Chang Lih Kang said residents here have been expressing their strong dissatisfaction and concern over the illegal tower through submitting their complaints to the local council, signing petitions, lodging police reports, and having it brought to the state government’s attention.
