THE Penang Government plans to initiate various safety campaigns to reduce fatal road accidents in the state by 10%.
State Works, Utilities and Transportation Committee chairman Lim Hock Seng said that even though the number of cases in Penang had been reduced over the past four years, an average of one fatal accident per day was recorded last year.
