• To assist motorists in ushering in Hari Raya Aidilfitri, IJM Toll Division is offering a 10% toll discount for Class 1 vehicles starting midnight July 6, for 24 hours. The rebates apply to the BESRAYA highway and NPE at all toll plazas and Lekas Highway at the Ampangan Toll Plaza only.
• SMART Tunnel is offering a 10% toll rebate from 6am on July 6 until 6am on July 7. Road users only need to pay RM2.70 per entrance compared to the usual RM3 per entry.
NO CAR-FREE DAY
The bi-monthly KL Car Free morning by Kuala Lumpur City Hall on July 3 will be cancelled in view of Hari Raya celebrations. The programme will take place as usual on July 17.
BULK WASTE COLLECTION
In conjunction with Hari Raya, Subang Jaya Municipal Council (mpsj) will provide free bulk waste collection service daily until July 2 for landed properties only. Those living in flats, apartments and condominiums are not eligible for this free service. Residents must place bulk waste in front of their houses. Residents associations are urged to call MPSJ at 03 8026 7433 / 4363 / 7431 to arrange for bulk waste disposal and pick up.
