NEWSPAPER vendor V. Veeravel (pic), 21, was killed on the spot when his motorcycle hit a dog crossing the road, causing him to fall and hit his head.
Penang News Vendors and Book Sellers Association president M. Murugesan said Veeravel was delivering newspapers when the incident happened around 5am in Jalan Sultan Ahmad Shah yesterday.
