A WHOPPING 21,270 tonnes of rubbish was illegally dumped on the roadside, back alleys, riverbanks, under trees and at construction sites in Kuala Lumpur between 2011 and 2015.
“The figure does not include the additional 1,600 tonnes collected from January to March,” said a source from Alam Flora.
