CONSTRUCTION work for the new RM21mil Indian Association of Penang (IA) building in Jalan Bagan Jermal, Penang, is expected to be completed in stages.
IA secretary S. Somasundram said Phase One should finish in September and operational in November while Phase Two, which is a multi-purpose hall, should be ready by the end of next year.
