Expectant mothers and fathers were shown how to bathe their future newborn during an antenatal class at the Perak Community Specialist Hospital in Ipoh.

AN antenatal class held by the Perak Community Specialist Hospital in Ipoh last Saturday provided expectant parents with valuable information on what to anticipate during pregnancy and labour as well as tips on caring for their newborn.

Obstetrician and gynaecologist Dr Pang Ay Minn spoke about the delivery process as well as breastfeeding while paediatrician Dr Daniel Tan addressed the concerns of parents with regards to care of a newborn during the first session of the class.
