Crispy addition to yee sang

THOSE celebrating the Lunar New Year can add a twist to their traditional yee sang this year by incorporating Pacific West’s Tempura Prawns.

Pacific West brand manager Joyce Ong said the first grade sea-caught prawns were coated in a unique Japanese tempura batter to give an added flavour of tempura and crispiness that would alleviate the entire taste of the yee sang.
