THE Ampang Jaya Municipal Council (MPAJ) will not be able to implement their new coupon parking system as an injunction was filed against them by parking concessionaire Suasa Efektif (M) Sdn Bhd.
The new parking system was supposed to replace the pay and display system operated by Suasa Efektif, who was granted the concession that is valid until Dec 31, 2021 by the Selangor state government.
