Cops gear up for Chinese New Year

A TOTAL of 1,800 cops will be on duty in Penang to ensure public safety during Chinese New Year.

State police chief Comm Datuk Seri Abdul Rahim Hanafi (pic) said the policemen would be deployed at various selected locations in tandem with Ops Selamat which would be launched on Sunday.
