Some 396,000 kg of recyclable items have been collected in seven states since the implementation of the waste separation programme more than three months ago.
Deputy Urban Wellbeing, Housing and Local Government Minister Datuk Halimah Mohamed Sadique said the items were collected from residential and commercial areas since the implementation on Sept 1 to Dec 9.
