Eight memorial parks closed for upgrading

Kutein Memorial Park will have better facilities.

SIBU: A total of eight memorial parks here have been closed by the Sibu Municipal Council for upgrading and to improve the facilities further.

According to a source from the council the parks include the Wong Nai Siong Square & Sungai Merah Heritage Walk, Kutein Memorial Garden, Sibu Gateway, Poh Yew Garden, Rejang Esplanade and Hii’s Garden, Heng Hua Garden, Bukit Aup Jubilee Park and Permai Lake Garden.
