RM35,000 raised for animal shelter

ANIMAL shelter Cherishlife Home will finally get a generator set to help it continue operations through a power cut.

Thanks to the volunteer organisers of the Best Damn Excuse charity event, about RM35,000 was collected for the animal home, which practises a no-kill policy.
