A TELECOMMUNICATION council has been set up in Penang to help provide bigger bandwidth and faster Internet speed in the state.
Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng said the Penang Telecommunication Council, headed by state exco member Chow Kon Yeow, would help facilitiate and expedite the move to make Penang a broadband state.
