KUCHING: Property developer Sentoria Group Bhd, which operates the Bukit Gambang Resort City in Pahang, is expanding its geographical reach with the launch of its second resort city here this weekend.
With a planned gross development value (GDV) of RM2bil, the Borneo Samariang Resort City (BSRC) will consist of an international standard water theme park, safari park and hotel with MICE (meeting, incentives, conference and exhibition) facilities as well as housing and commercial properties.
