MUSLIMS travelling to Mecca and Madinah to perform their pilgrimage have been advised against visiting camel farms there.

Deputy Health Minister Datuk Seri Hilmi Yahya said this was to prevent the spread of the Middle Eastern Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus (MERS-CoV).
