KUCHING: Jong Siaw Chian, a civil engineering student at Swinburne University of Technology Sarawak Campus, has received awards from two professional engineering institutions for outstanding academic achievements.
She received the 2014 Gold Medal Award from the Institution of Engineers Malaysia as well as the 2014 Book Prize from the Institution of Structural Engineers, which comes with a RM1,000 cheque.
