THE durian stalls in Jalan Harapan, Section 19, Petaling Jaya, have been closed for more than two weeks as none of the traders had come to an agreement with the Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ).

MBPJ public relations officer Zainun Zakaria said the traders needed to submit a letter of undertaking to the council, stating that they would hire Rela personnel to direct traffic and settle all compound notices issued.
