COME rain or shine, Woon Soo Ling, now 83, would go out in the evenings every day to feed the street cats and dogs in her neighbourhood in Petaling Jaya.
The mother of four had made the selfless mission of compassion her daily routine for more than 30 years until her failing health forced her to stop when she was about 60.
