The bus shuttle service known as Bridge Express Shuttle Transit (BEST) from Penang mainland to island has been reduced from five trips to only three a day.
The changes to the park-and-ride bus service has also affected feeder buses from Bandar Perda and Juru running fewer trips, both in the morning and evening.
