Billiard group needs funds to keep ball rolling

The committee members of the new association, who were elected on Nov 16, took their oath of office led by its president Michael Tan at a restaurant in Bukit Mertajam recently.

The Penang Youth and Sports, Women, Family and Community Development and Arts Committee chairman Chong Eng, Penang State Sports Council director Frederick Tan and Malaysian Snooker and Billards Federation president Melvin Chia witnessed the ceremony.
