Women’s group sets up hotline for abuse victims

KUCHING: Women and children involved in violence need not suffer in silence as they can call the women crisis phoneline by Sarawak Women for Women Society (SWWS).

SWWS president Margaret Badus said violence against women and children happened behind closed doors and it was usually left unreported until the victim was seriously hurt.
