PETALING Jaya mayor Mohd Azizi Mohd Zain hopes the new traffic lights system at the former Jalan Templer roundabout will reduce traffic congestion in the area by about half.
The new traffic light system had been operational since May 17 but residents said the timing of the lights was not well calibrated.
