The mall, renamed Atria Shopping Gallery, has 470,000 sq ft of lettable area in the five-storey complex.
At the soft opening today, saw close to 70% of outlets opening their doors for business.
The new Atria is also the home to Spanish fashion brand Mango which took up 16,000 sq ft of space making it the largest outlet in the country.
UK high-street brand Next also made its debut in the mall alongside two other English big names, Sports Direct and toy store Hamley’s.
The second floor of the mall features a mix of beauty, children and entertainment outlets. The biggest Jungle Gym dedicated to young children will also be located on this floor alongside education hub, The Little Tree House.
The mall was bought over by OSK Property in 2007 and was later demolished and rebuilt from scratch to suit the changing lifestyle of shoppers in the country.
“We felt very restricted with the old structure, so we decided to tear it down to develop a mixed integrated project,” said OSK Property executive director Ong Ju Xing.
Ong said he was happy with the outcome of the mall today and wants Atria to be the best neighbourhood mall around.
