Illegal conversion: The multi-level carpark in Jalan SS25/24 that had been turned into a warehouse by its operator, thus creating traffic congestion in the area.
THE Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ) has given the owner of a multi-level carpark in SS25 Taman Mayang until June 1 to cease operations.
The owner had illegally converted the carpark into a warehouse, which had worsened traffic congestion in the area and reduced the number of available parking spaces.
