Determined: Che Hasni looking at the taxis seized by SPAD. Drivers who were caught not using the meter will be investigated.
A TOTAL of 22 taxis were seized in a joint operation at various parts of Kuala Lumpur for not using the meter.
Land Public Transport Commission (SPAD) enforcement division head Datuk Che Hasni Che Ahmad said 90 SPAD officers and 14 police personnel were stationed in several hot spots in the city to catch the culprits.
