KUCHING: Ibraco Bhd’s ambitious Bintulu Town Square development has started to contribute revenue to the group from the sale of shop offices.
This helped to bolster the property developer’s group’s net profit to RM36.6mil on higher revenue of RM229.2mil for the financial year ended Dec 31, 2014 (FY14), up from RM33mil and RM177.1mil respectively in FY13. Earnings per share rose to 27.99 sen from 26.68 sen.
