A SERIES of marine science initiatives has been set off with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding and Research Collaboration Agreement between Universiti Malaysia Terengganu and Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) in Penang.
USM deputy vice-chancellor (Industry and Community Network) Prof Datuk Dr See Ching Mey said the varsity’s research on oysters since 1989 had benefited the rural community.
