Launch of Italian-style mixed project

Inspired by Italian architecture, Milan Square will have arches, fountains and cobbled pavements for a European ambience.

KUCHING: Kenbest Sdn Bhd is launching its new Italian-inspired integrated development at CityOne Megamall today.

Dubbed Milan Square, the project comprises more than 60 units of four-storey shophouses, a drive-through restaurant and over 700 condominium units at Jalan Wan Alwi in Tabuan Jaya here.

Named after Milan, the project takes inspiration from the Italian city’s beautiful classical architecture and will incorporate elements such as arches, fountains and cobbled pavements to evoke a European ambience.

Milan Square will also have a boulevard running north to south, which enhances the frontage for all shoptlots. It provides an ideal platform for business, retail, food and beverage and entertainment opportunities.

The condominium units, to be built in a future phase, have been incorporated into the overall development of Milan Square to provide immediate support for business owners.

In addition, the river waterfront next to the development will be improved and upgraded with walkways, cycling trails and pedestrian zones for the benefit of business owners and residents. The waterfront improvement is set to create distinction and add value to a prime address.

With its location at the entrance to the established residential area of Tabuan Jaya, Milan Square will be surrounded by many conveniences, such as being directly opposite an upcoming shopping mall and close to major government offices, a medical centre and university campus.

Members of the public are welcome to attend the launch at Kenbest’s Premier Sales Gallery at the ground floor of CityOne.
