EU Yan Sang is introducing more than 50 types of hampers for Chinese New Year under the theme of “Gift with a heart”, including the first 3D hamper packaging.
It is also making available an app for ordering hampers.
Eu Yan Sang managing director Eric Chiu said the variety of hampers reflected the company’s innovative culture.
“Eu Yan Sang values and promotes traditional Chinese culture, such as placing great emphasis on gratitude.
“On every hamper there is a heart, a heart full of gratitude, cherish and respect.
“The packaging, pricing and contents are carefully thought out with different types of customers in mind,” he added.
Senior general manager Wong Kah Cane said environmentally-friendly packaging was a priority, along with quality content.
He also said customers could enjoy the convenience of the one-stop service centre by downloading the app from Apps Store (IOS) and Google Play (Android).

This year, Eu Yan Sang is launching the fourth edition of commercials, with the theme, “Do not let CNY dishes and dialects be forgotten in time”, in its series of public service announcements.
The commercials will be shown on YouTube and television,
The company will also make instructional videos for festive dishes and its 13 stores nationwide will organise “Tour of Malaysia, learn how to cook CNY dishes” cooking demos highlighting traditional Cantonese, Hakka, Hainan, Hokkien and Teochew dishes.
