High-tech park authority and NGOs send supplies


Humanitarian effort: Kulim Hi-Tech Park local authority volunteersloading onto a truck some of the items meant for the flood victims.

This time, it was the Kulim High-Tech Park (KHTP) and several non-governmental organisations which sent two truckloads of goods to the affected areas.

Kedah Local Government, Water Supply, Water Resources, Energy, Housing and Human Capital Committee chairman Badrol Hisham Hashim said each of the 3-tonne truck was loaded with items such as kitchen utensils, household items, clothing, school supplies, food and mineral water.
