Eco Cornerstone, a 6m-tall art deco sculpture unveiled by Johor Corporation recently, personifies the integration of environmental sustainability and development. The piece is situated at Sultan Abu Bakar Monument Park, within the Ibrahim International Business District (IIBD) in Johor.

Designed by award-winning Malaysian artist Nizam Abdullah, the sculpture is the first of four cornerstones and is inspired by the meranti tree. It features recycled materials, with broken coloured glasses as its base and stainless steel as its branches that extend into leaves and wind chimes.
