Malaysian fashion maestros, Rizman Ruzaini, will join the ranks of world-renowned designers in October, having been invited to participate in the prestigious Dubai Fashion Week (DFW), organised by the Arab Fashion Council.
This glamourous event, held yearly in the much hyped location is one stop in the elite group of Fashion Weeks, which also comprises the cities of London, Paris, Milan and New York.
The announcement was made last night (Aug 23) at Kuala Lumpur Fashion Week 2023 (KLFW), where the label presented the Rizman Ruzaini Cruise 23/24 collection, Rizman Ruzaini Red Cruise 23/24 collection as well as the RR by Rizman Ruzaini Cruise 23/34 collection.
The label presented three collections which included 72 looks during KLFW2023.
During the event, held at the Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur, it was also revealed that the brand will be the grand finale of DFW, a significant achievement on its own accord.
The Rizman Ruzaini show will take place Oct 15, 2023 at the Dubai Design District.
The label's founders and co-managing directors Rizman Nordin and Ruzaini Jamil, acknowledging the arduous journey that they endured in their careers as designers, see it as their collective responsibility to provide a platform for up-and-coming designers.

In the spirit of supporting talents in the fashion industry, the brand will be introducing the Rizman Ruzaini Trophy for Future Designers, a mentorship programme designed at identifying talents of tomorrow.
One junior designer will be selected in a soon-to-be announced programme, and they will be given the honour to open the Rizman Ruzaini show at KLFW 2024.
