Ninety-year-old Tan Bee Joo’s excitement is palpable as she waits anxiously for her primary school classmates, Foo Mee Keow and Cheah Phaik Soo, to arrive at her home in Kuala Lumpur.
It has been months since they last met and Tan is eager to reunite with her childhood best friends.
