US singer and actress Demi Lovato has issued her first statement since being admitted to hospital for a suspected drug overdose. Lovato was rushed to a Los Angeles hospital on July 24 after suffering what was reported to be a heroin overdose.
On Sunday (Aug 5), the 25-year-old posted a statement on her Instagram page in which she thanked her family and medical professionals.
