Actress Amyra Rosli took some time away from the spotlight to focus on motherhood. She became a first-time mum after giving birth to son Aqeef Anaqi last October. When it came time to start accepting acting offers again, Amyra, 26, decided she’d be more picky about the projects she wanted to be involved in.

However, she was also worried that she was not ready to start acting again. Then came Nur, a TV drama about Adam (played by Syafiq Kyle), a pious man who develops a close friendship with a prostitute. He falls in love with how she practices her faith despite being mercilessly mocked by those around her.
