Live-action adaptations of popular manga and anime series are a mixed bag. You have the hits (Rurouni Kenshin), the almost-there ones (Gantz) and the sloppy messes (Attack On Titan).

Having no prior exposure to either the Assassination Classroom manga or anime, I was pleasantly surprised that this live-action effort is pretty well done.
