Let's talk about sex: Virtual townhall provides safe space for young people to talk about sex

Join an intergenerational virtual townhall to discuss the importance of Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) for all young people in Malaysia, held in conjunction with World Children’s Day 2021 on Nov 18.

Over 30% of teenagers are sexually active before the age of 14, found a survey done among 27,497 pupils in 212 schools in Malaysia in 2017.

In 2018, there were over 10,000 teen pregnancy cases registered with the Ministry of Health primary healthcare facilities.
