Jim Murray has done it again. Last year, the author of the popular Whisky Bible put Japanese whisky in the spotlight by naming the Yamazaki Sherry Cask 2013 as his whisky of the year, sending demand prices for Japanese whisky skyrocketing worldwide.
This year, he turns that same spotlight across the Atlantic Ocean to Canada, naming Canadian whisky Crown Royal Northern Harvest Rye as his 2015 whisky of the year for the 2016 edition of the Whisky Bible.
