AS adults approach the “elderly” age bracket, they will inevitably experience a number of physiological changes and, consequently, lifestyle changes too. Consultant geriatrician Dr Rajbans Singh stresses that while this is a significant transition, it does not have to be a painful one. How well one ages is dependant on how well one monitors and adapts to these changes.
