Comet C/2013 A1 is about to come very, very close to the Red Planet – and NASA is ready for the fly-by.
A speeding comet the size of a mountain will come within 140,000km of Mars on Sunday Oct 19, and NASA is planning to observe it with just about everything the agency’s got.
