WITH gentle hands, Tee Yi Theng removes the hand-sewn fabric dolls from their original brown craft paper boxes. There are eight in total, all in mint condition. On any other day, the precious collectibles would be kept in the display case in her room, free from dust and safe from clumsy handlers.
The dolls are relatively pricey (RM220 being the most expensive one), but more importantly, they are one-of-a-kind Evangelione dolls made by Johor Bahru-based artist, Yeo Mei Ying.
