Talent has no borders

I LOVE Dzof Azmi’s articles, especially last Sunday’s in reference to Zee Avi (A patriot abroad, Contradictheory, Star2 on Sunday). I too am a fan, having been introduced to her music by my Bahasa Melayu teacher.

I especially liked the sentiment and the thrust of the article. In my limited time here, it seems to me that Malaysians do not really celebrate the success of their creative talent in the international market place.
