Jodie Tan Li Juen, 11

Mothers Day gives you the opportunity to celebrate that special woman in your life – Mum.

This Sunday is Mothers Day and it is the perfect time to surprise Mummy by serving her breakfast in bed, scribble “I Love You” in your handmade cards, and of course, share special bonding moments.

In conjunction with Mothers Day, we asked readers to compose a poem and make a card for Mummy or write her a tribute. Let’s find out what our young readers have prepared for their mums.

Ayza Arina Abdul Majid, 10, thinks the world of her mother. “I love my mother so much. She means the world to me. I appreciate her sweetness and kindness. She enjoys baking and spending time with her children.”
