South African comedian Trevor Noah is set to make his much-anticipated Malaysian debut with a one-night show at Idea Live Arena in Kuala Lumpur.

The Emmy Award-winning star will take the centre stage at 8pm on Nov 9, bringing his sharp wit, effortless storytelling and signature stand-up comedy to Malaysian fans for the first time.

Noah – who made his showbiz debut in 2002 – had his international breakthrough in 2015 when he took over as host of the American late-night programme The Daily Show.

After leaving the programme in 2022, he broadened his creative pursuits, hosting the weekly What What? With Trevor Noah podcast while continuing to grow his production company, Day Zero Productions, and the Trevor Noah Foundation.

Earlier this year, Noah returned to the Grammy Awards for the sixth consecutive year as both host and executive producer and released his Netflix special, Trevor Noah: Joy In The Trenches.

Beyond his comedy and hosting work, Noah is also an accomplished author, with his memoir, Born A Crime: Stories From A South African Childhood, selling more than three million copies across formats.

Tickets to Trevor Noah Asia Tour 2026, priced between RM228 and RM528, will be available for pre-sale via Fantopia on Sept 9, 10am onwards. General sale will go live on Sept 11, 10am.
